How does this service work?
To explain, here is a typical transaction...
- You post a music CD that you no longer listen to
- Someone requests the CD
- You confirm that you are still willing to ship CD or cancel the trade if you prefer. If you confirm the trade, In exchange for the CD, you receive trader points
- You package the CD and ship it to the address provided in the My Trades area, then mark the item as shipped
- Once the item is received, the requester will leave feedback to confirm receipt of the item
- Now you take your points and request a CD, DVD, book of game from someone else
When will I receive my free trader points?
You will receive 1 free trader point per item you list up to a maximum of 15. Trader points are credited to your account automatically. If you decide to remove an item a trader point will be deducted.
How do I list an item I would like to trade?
To list an item browse our book, cd, game or dvd listings or use the search feature to locate your item.The search feature will recognize artists, titles, UPC or ISBN numbers. Once you have found the item you would like to list, add it to your inventory by selecting "list it". Enter some basic details (condition, what is included, etc...) and select a value for your item. Any item available through Amazon.com can be listed on our site.

How do I request an item?
To request an item, use the browse or search features to locate books, movies, games or music. When you find an item that interests you, use the 'full descriptions & reviews' link to learn more or the 'request it' link to request the item. If an item isn't available for request an option is always available to purchase it through Amazon.com.
What are trader points?
Trader points are the form of payment used at TradeaTitle.com. We start you off with 10 trader points just for registering.
How do I get more trader points?
Hopefully you will swap enough books, games, DVDs and CDs not to need more points but if you are running low on points and find a title that you must have, we offer two ways to add points. You can buy points for $1 each or refer your friends and receive free point for each new member who registers. We also offer gift cards so you can send those movie, music or book lovers on your shopping a great gift.
How do I track the progress of a trade?
Use the "My Trades" link to track the progress of your trades. You can check the status, get shipping information, confirm trades, marks items as shipped, post feedback, file or respond to a missing item disputes.
How do I let other traders know I am looking for an item?
To let others know you are looking for something, list it in the forum. You can also add an item to your watch list and you will be notified when it becomes available. To add an item to your watch list locate the item using the search feature and select "Watch It" from the item description page.
How do I reset my password?
